Bye, bye Swaddle 

Before Téo was born, I knew one thing for certain: I would follow Dr. Karp’s 5 S’s. For those of you that aren’t familiar (Happiest Baby on the Block): Swaddling Side/stomach position Swinging Shushing Sucking While still in the hospital, the nurses taught us how to swaddle the baby using a blanket…easy peasy! Concrete Boobs
